Meet our Office Manager and Co-Owner, Debby Filliez.
Debby has been a part of the GMC Heating & Cooling Inc. team for twenty-eight years. She started off her career working at the original location for GMC Heating & Cooling Inc. at 900 Harrison Ave, just down the street from Athens Greek Restaurant.
Debby is an advocate for supporting local businesses, and enjoys visiting the Willow Bistro near 30th street in Canton, as well as Bocca Grande in Massillon.
When it comes to summer fun, Debby enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her daughter, a Perry Highschool Graduate, is currently an OBGYN in Hawaii so getting the chance to travel and see her is always a treat!
Debby’s son, Greg Jr, also works for GMC Heating & Cooling Inc.. Since he lives more locally, they enjoy spending time together by traveling up to Middlebass Island, where their family has had property passed down through generations.

One thing Debby holds extremely dear is empathizing with customers.
“I just know how I would want to be treated if I were in trouble with my HVAC, and I want to help people” she said, “It makes me so happy when I hear from customers that our team was so professional that they fixed their issue and left their house cleaner than when they came. That’s what matters.”
